1. Rule violations apply to all equally.
2. You must use your web space within 14 days of signing up or it will be deleted.
3. All content must be legal in all respects to copyright and 2257 laws. This includes no use whatsoever
of underage, bestiality, or other content of this type!!
4. You must sign up using YOUR e-mail, not a free e-mail service, i.e. Hotmail, Yahoo etc.
(You may use a free e-mail service address on your pages. Your real e-mail address is only required in your account information, for administrative purposes only.
This e-mail will not be sold or given out to anyone, with the exception of any legal action resulting from misuse of your account.)
5. Cheating this service or a sponsor (with proof provided from sponsor) will result in your account facing deactivation and/or permanent ban from this free host.
6. All directories must have an index.html and must be a complete site and not just redirecting pages. (This means a site must have some type of content)
7. There must be NO attempt to interfere with our advertising spaces (top and bottom of the pages)
8. NO hotlinking (linking images directly to other sites or pulling sites from another server's frames) This means PIC POSTS as well.
9. TGP posting allowed ONLY TO APPROVED TGP's.
10. We reserve the right to delete any site without warning as deemed necessary.
11. NO spamming of any kind! This includes e-mail, news groups, chatrooms, and/or search engines. Any violators will be held responsible for their actions.
12. Image size should be kept to a maximum of 70K.
13. No Pornstar or Celeb Content Is Allowed as of September 7, 2001.
Accounts in violation of these terms are subject to deactivation and/or deletion.
We reserve the right to take any actions deemed necessary to continue to provide a legal, quality service to our members.
